Who's reading me?

Over at Blogger, I have a sitemeter that tells (more or less) where my readers live, and what directs them to my blog.  Not that the location of the readers is accurate, because it lists my daughter as living in Grandview, Missouri.

Still... it's close.

I love seeing that someone in Canada is a regular reader, both of this journal and also of my Blogger site.

Somebody in Topeka spends a lot of time reading my drivel, too.

But now it's getting close to home:  Kearney, Missouri, and Cameron, Missouri.  Wow, I wonder who lives in those towns that follows my escapades.  Could be a relative!

Reveal yourselves, folks.  Do I know you?

  2. I always read your Journal posts and those of your Son & Daughter.
If I didn't go on trips and horse rides thru your Journal I
would never get to see your part of the country.
I read your other Journal (when you leave a link.)
Yes, I know it is in your side bar but my brain
can't seem to remember to go there unless you give a reminder here on this AOL Blog.
I voted on your motorcycle poll to NOT replace the one you sold.
I worry although I enjoy every picture you take while you are out having fun.

  5. Hi there, you know I read, and even comment once i awhile.  Hubby and I need our daily 'fix' of what it's like living the life we had dreamed we'd live someday back when we were still 'kids'.  Think I may have written this before .. when I was only 15 he drew me a picture of our "Diamond M Ranch in Montana", complete with log house and horses ..  I still have that picture, but we have never left the little town we were born in here in Connecticut,  imagine that?  Our girls were born, 1 .. 2 .. 3 .. and here we are, retired now .. never did build our log cabin, never rode our horses, never owned our ranch.  We so appreciate riding Blue along with you, watching Secret and Meatloaf frolic, and enjoying your motorcycle escapades.  One thing we DID do is lots of vacation camping all over beautiful New England, and for this I am grateful!   We appreciate your journal entries (and your HUMOR!!) Mosie, thanks!   Judy and Cal in CT

  13. YOU PROBABLY KNOW I TRY TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR BLOGS, I WOULD REALLY HATE TO LOSE TRACK OF ALL MY OLD FRIENDS I'VE MADE HERE ON THE INTERNET, ALTHOUGH IT SEEMS MORE AND MORE HAVE DROPPED OFF.
I ESPECIALLY LIKE READING ABOUT YOUR HORSE, SINCE MY GRANDDAUGHTER EMILY HAS HORSES AND THEY ARE LIKE PETS TO HER.
I ALSO READ CONFESSIONS OF A PIONEER WOMAN AND ANTIQUE MOMMY, ALTHOUGH I'VE FOUND THAT THEY SEEM TO HAVE QUITE DIFFERENT LIFE STYLES THAN MINE. I WOULD PROBABLY READ MORE BLOGS IF I HAD THE LINKS, I GUESS I'M JUST NOSY, OR INTERESTED. MY LIFE SEEMS TAME TO SOME OF THE THINGS I'VE READ, BUT I FIND I AM QUITE CONTENT BEING WHO I AM, AND I DON'T THINK I COULD ASK FOR MORE.
BY THE WAY, I'M SURE YOU KNOW I LIVE IN POULSBO, WASHINGTON, OR AT LEAST CLOSE TO IT, ABOUT 3 OR 4 MILES FROM THE CENTER OF TOWN.

  16. Hello!!
I read your journal everyday.  By the way, I have heard of Hamburger Stew.  Your pot of chili looks yummy.  I wish I had a bowl of it right now.  The temps have really cooled down here in Virgnia.  It's only supposed to be 70 on Sunday.  I love this kind of weather.  Have a great weekend.
