Several have suggested Cliff and I should go on rides in the car, as though that would be the same as a motorcycle ride. I did an entry HERE trying to explain why that won't work.

Even I know that a motorcycle is far different from a car.
I can understand why it is more fun to go places on a motorcycle. I rode one a few times with a friend about 20 years ago and really enjoyed it. Go for it while you are still in good enough health to enjoy it is what I say. Good luck on finding what you really like. Helen
I do understand, because Ian commutes over and hour one way every day to work, six days a week. When we do go out somewhere I do the driving as he hates it, and if we dont have to go out, we usually dont, much. He gets so little time at home, and enjoys being at home so much, we are both homebodies, and thats alright.
I kept a journal on AOL for over four years. AOL decided to get rid of journals, so I transferred my memories from there to Blogspot. I don't intend to add to this site, except perhaps to add some pictures that were lost in the transfer; I'm keeping it for the memories: memories of babysitting my granddaughters; of my long-gone dog, Mandy; of nights spent at the cabin; of vacations and motorcycles bought and sold.
Thanks, Blogspot, for helping me save my memories.
I was born in 1944. My husband and I are retired, living in a mobile home, and loving life every day with our oldest grandson living in our old house next door to lend us a helping hand if we need it.

Why do I always end up on the bitch seat?
