All around the countryside

Since Cliff gets up early with me while he's off work, he's able to be here with the granddaughters until they head off to school.  That frees me up for early-morning riding.  I left the barn at 6:15, and got back at 7:45 to find the girls outside, waiting for the school bus.  I put Blue in the stall with a bite of feed and Cliff and I walked in the pasture.  It's a lovely day so far, nice and cool.

I love the shadow picture!!!  I would like to paint that one!  Blue is not the only one who is in shape now.  Way to go Mosie! Barbara

Donna, that picture you took of you and Blue's shadow against the wheat field.  It just took my breath away..  I have no clue why, but it did.
I loved all the pics!   I see Sadie really does have a looooooong leash! lol

I'm glad your weather has cooled down.. ours is horrible!! It's been over a 100 every day for the last week!  All I can say is, "Is it winter yet?"

I agree about shadow on the wheat too! Second photo today that made me think "impressionistic". :-)
