Oh yes, it's windy.  Weather.com says the wind is from "SSW at 27 mph, gusting to 41 mph".

There were times this morning on our walk that it was hard to stand.

Cliff was working out in the shop today with the door open, and now the floor is covered with leaves.

It's hopeless to try and sweep them out until the wind dies down, which it probably will as soon as the latest cold front is ushered in.  It's coming soon, according to the hour-by-hour forecast for tomorrow.

I'm sure glad we rode yesterday!

Good news; the grandson went in to be interviewed for the job he's been after, and it looks as though he got it.  He told them he'd like to be able to give a week's notice at his present job, and the lady talked like they'll allow that.

Hee....I sure can't complain with my 40 degrees a couple days ago, can I?!  I think it's in the mid 70s today....Ryan is cleaning up the garage and sweating....

Good for the Grandson!  It looks like it is going to miserably cold there too.  Brrr.  I want snow.  It's always warmer when it snows.  Wah.

I'm glad to hear your grandson is probably getting the job!  Congrats to him!  I think your windy cold-front is what's ushering in our rain tonight!

Brrrchill!  It sounds like what you have now will come our way on Wednesday.  We got up to 38 today and maybe 40 with rain tomorrow.  Glad your grandson got the job!  'On Ya' - ma

It's hard to believe that this weather can extend so far south of us here.  I'm not looking forward to the predicted rain/ice coming in ...

It was pretty breezy here today too...we'll see how many of my photos have hair flying across the lens. LOL  I really have to remember to tie my hair back when I go outside to shoot.

I just remembered I was going to mention you in my post today. I think you were the first one to talk about the Flip (that little digital video camera...didn't you win it and then give it away?)  I bought one. :-)

Congratulations to your grandson on the new job. I know it will be much more rewarding. :) SEVEN degrees??? Whoooeeee that is COLD. Those twenties during the day and single digits at night...man, that just makes me cold thinking about it.

It has been windy like that here for the last few days-at one point I was filling my car with gas and could have swore I felt a little lift off the ground!

Congrats to the grandson!

I hope you have a less windy week!
