pictures from Joanna's visit

I'm just sharing a few pictures of the "exciting" things we did while Joanna was here. 

Let's see, when I visited her, I saw the Lincoln Memorial, the Arlington Cemetary, and the Smithsonian museum.

When she visited me, she saw my dog, my horse, my cabin, and the muddy Missouri River.  Oh yes, and she met my family.

I'm so glad she came, but I think I got the best end of the deal!

    I bet Joanna loved her visit with you. When my daughter lived in Virginia I saw the things you mentioned. They are all nice but it was good to get home to the country. Paula

    I'd love to see your dog, your horse, your cabin and even the muddy Missoury River.  Sounds like a good visit to me!

    Sounds like what she got was a lot of relaxed time with you.  Which is what any good friend wants most.  So maybe she didn't come up so short after all.  ;o)  -  Barbara

    Seems to me...it would depend upon just who you were asking....and I think Joanna had a great time....as well as you did showing your lifestyle....hope I get an invite one day...but then...hubby has retired....and we are on the go....beware....of those things that go "hi"....unexpectedly.....Hugs...Ora

    Well, the masses are right.  I got the better end of the deal.  As I told Cliff, I was exactly where I wanted to be. The ONLY thing I missed about my own home was my cats.  They weren't with me. (Oh yeah, the are now forgiving me for leaving them)  :o)
