Is anyone else having a problem accessing their AOL email? When I click on my mailbox from Firefox, I get this message: "Error loading messages". I imagine if I were actually using AOL software, I wouldn't be having this problem.
Oh well, like most AOL problems, it'll probably be fine in the morning. Meanwhile, if you send me an email, don't be surprised if you don't get a response today.

ReplyDeleteI stopped using firefox and either use internet Explorer or aol program. I wasn't happy with it. 'On Ya' - ma
ReplyDeleteI don't have the aol software and I"m not having problems with it. It may be just something going on at that time. Did you try it again? I hope it gets fixed for you soon.

ReplyDeleteI was having trouble with Firefox too. I cant get rid of AOL Pat still uses it although he is using firefox more.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting the same message for the last three days on both Explorer and Firefox. I'm getting NO help from AOL. Anybody else have any ideas?

I have AOL software and have not been able to log on for two weeks itkeeps telling me i'm not connected to the modem,but i must be cos i get IE, firefox, safari last week i could access my mail from these browsers but now i cant at all.I sent them an email 2 weeks ago and they replied with a list of FAQ'S its just a waste of time.and now i cant get in touch cos i cant log on to contact them.Has anyone got an email address for AOL...Babs
