uh-oh...

 This just in from the National Weather Service:

".ANOTHER WINTER STORM SYSTEM WILL BE FORMING OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. SNOW WILL FIRST BEGIN TO FALL ACROSS MUCH OF
KANSAS BEFORE SUNRISE SATURDAY MORNING. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD INTO EXTREME WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MISSOURI...INCLUDING THE GREATER KANSAS CITY AND ST JOSEPH AREAS BY LATE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL GRADUALLY SPREAD DOWNSTREAM INTO CENTRAL AND PARTS OF NORTHEAST MISSOURI BY SATURDAY EVENING. THIS SNOW WILL BE
SIMILAR TO THE DECEMBER 7-8 SNOWSTORM IN THAT IT WILL BE SPREAD OVER A RATHER LONG PERIOD OF TIME. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE
HIGHEST FROM ATCHISON KANSAS THROUGH THE KANSAS CITY METRO TO AROUND PAOLA KANSAS WITH 4 TO 6 INCHES FORECAST. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED IN AN ARC FROM SAVANNAH TO TRENTON TO CLINTON AND MOUND CITY KANSAS."

"Greater Kansas City" and "Kansas City metro" includes me.  We'll see.

  5. Well, the time it hits Columbia, we will probably get 2-4 inches like last time :)

    Do you remember the year that we, meaning Columbia, got 20+ inches of snow? I am sure KC got more that year..

    that was back in 1994, if I remember.
