Monday Photo Shoot

It was always John Scalzi's job to give us a Monday Photo Shoot assignment each week; since he's moved along to devote more time to his writing, I figured that would be the end of that.

However, Karen, over at Outpost Mavarin, has decided to keep up the meme, with John's blessing. Her recent week assignment:

Your Substitute Monday Photo Shoot #1: What's New? In honor of the new year, show us something new. It can be a gift you got over the holidays, something you gave yourself, or even something that symbolizes the New Year to you. If it's new, it'll do!

I simply grabbed the first new thing that came to mind:



Those are my brand-new, real-deal flylady feather dusters!  One has a long handle, for hard-to-reach areas.  They weren't cheap, but I have to say they do a lot better job than the old fake-feather Wal-mart duster I had before. 



Oh yeah, I'm FLYing now!

    My gosh, your humor just slays me, Mosie!   Made MY day (which was otherwise frigid and bleak here in New England)!  You look so danged 'cute' in your feathers.  Wish I had the gumption to follow flylady's suggestions .. my house badly needs help.   Judy

    I love the dusters !  I've never ordered from the Fly Lady but love her methods.
