One more explanation

We do not plan to sell any part of our property, since the portion with the old house on it is what we're using to give us funds to buy our "manufactured housing".  We'll likely rent out the old decrepit house.  Grandson would love to have it after his year's lease in the rental place is done.  Until then, Cliff's almost-divorced sister might be interested.

Nobody is selling ANYTHING around here.

Isn't that nice?

  4. Personally, I'm glad you're not having to sell.  Don't ask me why I'm taking this personally!

  5. I'm not sure why, but I'm relieved. LOL I love your property (with the shop and cabin and all).  This sounds like a great solution to all your housing problems.

  11. That is a great idea to just rent it out especially if family wants to rent!
