Hello there!
I kept a journal on AOL for over four years. AOL decided to get rid of journals, so I transferred my memories from there to Blogspot. I don't intend to add to this site, except perhaps to add some pictures that were lost in the transfer; I'm keeping it for the memories: memories of babysitting my granddaughters; of my long-gone dog, Mandy; of nights spent at the cabin; of vacations and motorcycles bought and sold.

ReplyDeleteEver since I was a child and my mom would have crosses all over the house...I asked her WHY she liked them. She told me because Jesus died on one and explained the story to me. Well, that scared me to death and I hated them then and I still don't have one in my house. I always thought...why would someone wear a cross IF Jesus suffered so much on one??? LOL I'm weird that way. STILL would never get one or wear one. My mother felt bad that she scared me but I told her it's now how she told the story because she did a great job at that...but it's just the fact. I would have felt that way no matter who told me about it.
