dogs on the chase

I spent an hour or so at the cabin this evening with Mandy and her best friend, Buddy.  Whatever it was hiding under the rocks in my fire circle, it wasn't very big:  I saw it out of the corner of my eye.  I'm guessing a ground squirrel.  Anyhow, these two silly dogs entertained me for a long time.

    I laughed at this....as I heard each dog say what was on the caption.  Would have kept me entertained too.  They are so funny, our pets.

    goodness gracious....Buddy looks awfully thin!  ...almost emaciated...  :(  sweet looking dogs, though....

    Good pictures and you did good with captions under each one. I can see it was an interesting event. Maybe a chipmunk or mouse? Helen

    Buddy may look a little thin to some but I can see his well defined muscles.  He just looks like a good ole country dog.....lean, mean, hunting machine.  LOL
