You knew it was bound to happen, didn't you? My cute little filly, Libby, has to grow up and face adult tasks. Being a devout coward myself, I asked grandson Arick to make himself useful and be the first to ride Libby. You'll have the special treats of seeing her almost buck once (she didn't try any more), and of seeing her poop.
No creatures were hurt in the filming of the following video.

You must've done good with all that training you did with her when you first got her. I remember it was a lot of hard work, too. Is your intent to ride Libby some day as you now ride Blue? That has got to be the tamest first ride I've ever seen. Of course the ones I've seen have been on TV. I'm no expert, but I'd say she loves you all so much she could hardly be anything but pleasant toward any of you. Your grandson and Libby looked like they'd been doing this for awhile already. I enjoyed watching that. She is such a pretty thing and has grown so much. He was very brave in doing that the first time. I think she did really good. He did also. Such a sweet horse. Helen

Which is why I won't ride. My father made a horse buck under me like the dickens once when I was a little kid and it scared me to death. I haven't been on one of those infernal beasts since.
