What idiot decided to put Grey's Anatomy on at the same time as CSI?
It's a good thing I can watch Grey's online, tomorrow. Because when I'm forced to make a choice, I'll choose Grissom every time.

Hello there!
I kept a journal on AOL for over four years. AOL decided to get rid of journals, so I transferred my memories from there to Blogspot. I don't intend to add to this site, except perhaps to add some pictures that were lost in the transfer; I'm keeping it for the memories: memories of babysitting my granddaughters; of my long-gone dog, Mandy; of nights spent at the cabin; of vacations and motorcycles bought and sold.

- I was born in 1944. My husband and I are retired, living in a mobile home, and loving life every day with our oldest grandson living in our old house next door to lend us a helping hand if we need it.
I've often thought the same thing when two shows I wanted to watch were on at the same time. But, then when we got this cable package, it came with DVR. We could watch one and record the other to watch later. Oh, the bliss!

ReplyDeleteI went to bed at 8! The 11 hour days are killing me. I'll get used to it, but in the mean time, I'm glad I can watch online, too!
ReplyDeleteLast night's CSI was a good one! I like Grissom too, in fact I like William Peterson in everything he ever starred in. I am NOT fond of the character Sara though, she has too many hangups....
ReplyDeleteI'm another one to sing the praises of DVR (digital video recorder). They have cable boxes with it built right in. No need to get all confused with TIVO and all that. I often find there are THREE shows on at the same time, so my setup can record 2 and I can watch a 3rd. Of course, sometimes it's hard to find the time to watch all the shows I record. LOL!

ReplyDeleteThey did that last year, I think they wanted to see if Gray's could knock CSI down a few notches. I watch one, record the other, that away I see both.
