Here we eat as much low fat and lower carb as we can but do allow favorites in -- in moderation. With exercise I do well. I could starve myself but if I don't exercise I get nowhere fast! I think it is easy to get into the habit of eating too much. I'm doing the water thing a lot too as the caffene keeps me awake if I drink it too late and they do charge an arm and a leg for iced tea.
