Stand by

Hopefully, tomorrow I'll have a picture to share of a real, live electrician on these premises.  I called the guy tonight to tell him we're still expecting him, and he said he or one of his workers will be here.

I've been painting.  I hate to paint, but hey... it's the first coat.  How much damage could I do, right?

I'd love to fill you in some neighborhood goings-on, but I think I'd better keep all that to myself.  Nobody wants a lawsuit.

Oh yeah, I got a haircut today.

I was looking back into my archives from four years ago, and realized I used to keep a much more interesting journal.  Yeah, I've pretty much gone to the dogs.  Sorry about that.

We have plans for the holiday weekend.  I'm sure it'll be fun, but as I told my daughter, I like it here.  I'd rather stay home.  Dear Lord, is this really me?

Nope .. your journal is still very interesting!   One of my favorites, in fact.   I love hearing about all the great things you do to keep yourself so active and busy!   My life is 'pale' in comparison, and I'm envious (I'm a bit lazy, too, lol).   Enjoy that hot tub!

Getting an electrician to your house to hook up your hot tub will be a grand thing. Enjoy it!   Anne

I made the statement just yesterday...I don't ever want to leave home again.  I think it is the age.

Your journal is still interesting.  You just write about different things. Hope your weekend will be enjoyable.  There is just never any place like home and this is especially so since you have the home of your dreams.  I'm glad some one will finally come to get that wiring done.  That hot tub is going to be sooooooo nice.

It is really you and you are really happy in your new home so have no need to go off traveling about.  BUT ... I miss your motorcycle rides.  :)  You are still interesting and so too is the journal.

I love your journal, hearing about your comings and goings IS interesting to me.  I can feel the excitement in the air for the real live electrician.  Hope you get that tub going soon.  The neighborhood gossip is something I'd love to hear.  Vicki

I hope everything works out as planned with the electrician.  I'd rather be at home than anywhere too.  I can't paint!!!  I make a very big mess.
