My sneaky little visitor

Ever since Cliff's sister, Rena, moved to our old house, we have a frequent visitor.  Any time she takes her dog, Angel, outside and turns her back for a second, Angel runs away to my house.

It reminds me of a child running away to Grandma's house.

Once inside, Angel samples Sadie's dog food and water, demands some loving from both me and Cliff, and in general, makes herself at home.

Rena is somewhat frustrated.  Cliff and I enjoy the surprise visits from Angel, although I have quit letting her inside unless she's with Rena; after all, I don't want her to think it's OK to run away from home.

you are really making me want a dachschund, you know.  How adorable is she!

We used to have a neighbor whose dog would come visit us, too.  A treat, some lovin' and back she would go.  LOL

I think your sister in law should be still..... sounds like her doggie is having a good day to me..... maybe she is just thinking she is not welcome but then why would you let her in..... you could let your dog out to play too though instead of letting her in.... kinda like with the kids, huh?

Oh, it's so nice that Angel enjoys your company!  I'll miss you tales of Libby, but I think that waiting for a picture of her to be a mule mom is going to be worth the wait.

Angel is absolutely adorable!!!!  She reminds me so much of a dog I had.  My little dog even wore a pink collar.  She died 4 years ago, at the age of 14.  She was such a special little dog.  We now have a little chihuahua, who is just as adorable and cute.  Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Pat

Angel is a cute little thing !!!  Our neighbor has a dauschaund and he sneaks over here all the time too -- the dog, not the neighbor !!! LOL  At least Angel has no major roads to cross to get to you...at least I hope not.
Have a great weekend :)

LOL cute.  She loves you!  MY 3 yr old wants to run off to grandma's through our trail in our woods every morning!  Sometimes he just does it without asking...then he gets sent right back home.

Aw she just wants to come and see her buddy Sadie and play and have some fun! :) Our neighbor dog George comes to see us if a thunderstorm is coming. He doesnt like to be alone when it storms, so I let him into the porch and sit with him a bit through the raining and storm. I call his owners just to let them know he is down here. She is a cutie, that Angel. :) Kelly
