I hit the jackpot!

I went back to the same steep bank where I found several morels yesterday, and I really scored!  I love it when you find six, eight, or ten mushrooms in one spot.  It only took me about twenty minutes to find all these.

Thirty-two of them altogether.  We ate dozens of them for lunch today; now we'll have more tomorrow.

Here are two tiny snails I noticed while mushroom-hunting.

Wow, some of those look really big!  Is there a market for selling them?  Can you describe what they taste like?  Are they anything like other mushrooms?

I was also wondering what they taste like, they must be good for you to have people trespassing on your land for them.

HOLY MUSHROOMS, BATMAN!   32 of them ... a jackpot already.   Cha-Ching, Cha-Ching, but then, you're gonna eat up the profit, aren't you!  LOL .... Too bad the season is so short, but then that's what makes them so very special.  Enjoy

Looks like you may be hitting the jackpot while school is in session LOL.
I see some pretty blue flowers near that batch. Enjoy eating them. Helen

This makes my mouth water ... I don't think I've got any morels here on my place.  Your recipies sound good.

I wonder ... am I able to find morels here?  Hmm ... maybe a hike in the woods outback would yield some.  Must look into this more.  Because every time you post about morels, I want some. Never had them, but I want some!

So now I have some reading to do.  :)

As long as neighborhood kids aren't stealing them. I remember all about that.
