Yippee

No fever this morning!  To celebrate the occasion, I made a batch of low-cal, low-fat brownies.  105 calories apiece; one of these babies is great with 1/3 cup of vanilla ice cream, which of course is more calories, but hey... sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.

I also made some red Jello with fruit cocktail.  Cliff never seems to tire of sugar-free Jello.  He's funny that way; if he likes something, he doesn't mind having it every single day!  Sometimes he gets frustrated at me trying to liven his lunch up with a little change of some sort.

Cliff must be feeling better too; this is the latest he's slept in a week.  I'm starving, waiting on him to wake up!  I plan to dice the three morels I found yesterday and mix them in with some scrambled eggs.

You've been busy this morning.  If it would have been me I would have taste tested those brownies.  That is something I always do.  The warm just out of the oven heavenly taste can't be beat.  Too bad I can't join you for breakfast there today.  Hope Cliff is up soon for those good eggs and mushrooms.  Have a great day and so glad you are feeling better.  'On Ya' - ma

Ah, chocolate in any form and Braum's lo fat no sugar added frozen yogurt and you have yourself a great dessert. My world famous fudge can now be great with a` sugar/Splenda mix and half as`much.
Splenda is a life` saver for diabetics as is my wife.
(90 cal. and 20 in fat on the yogurt)---Vanilla Bean

Those brownies look great!

Sugar-free jello is about the only food my dogs won't touch. They look at me as if to say, "That is NOT food!"
