So, I'm just thinking...

I've been enjoying Libby so much lately, I began wondering if I should play match-maker for her.  You know, when she's old enough.

I'm the one who said I'd never breed my filly because there are already too many unwanted horses in the world.  Hopefully, by next spring when Libby's old enough, common sense will return and I'll let it be.

I paid $150 for Libby.  Grade fillies, weaned, can be bought everywhere these days for that price or less.  That would be the wise way to get a baby to play with, since stud fees are $350 at a nearby Foxtrotter stable.  Plus $5 per day board.

I've just had so much fun with Libby, I guess I'm wanting to take it to the next level.  I probably won't.

Changing the subject:  I seldom watch movies.  I'll start to watch one, then get bored and walk away.  But HBO has given me two great ones lately:  "Cinderella Man", which reminds me of Seabiscuit only it's a person instead of a horse; and "Inside Man".

Good movies can still be found!

I have a hard time finding movies that I enjoy as well. I usually go back to old faithful ones such as Forrest Gump....LOL I love that one.
Have a great weekend.

I've seen Cinderella Man...it's GOOD, you're right. Haven't seen the other you mention. I will look for it.
Interesting thoughts on Libby. We'll see what you eventually decide.

My parents have a 20 yr. old gelding on their farm that was born there and will live out the rest of his life there. He was a lot of work! He is now happy to roam around the pasture, eat grass and let my daughter ride him around once and a while.

I haven't seen either movie, but I will check them out.
