It's amazing how it floods in one place and then there is drought in another.  However....we finally had rain last night and it was beautiful.  This is a pretty pic.

What a beautiful sunrise!  I can only imagine how very quiet it was this morning.  This picture gave me a real sense of peace for some reason.  Thanks for sharing it.

Several things caught my attention here. The name Maxine which is my mothers name, Missouri River( I have family that live in Hardin)and I actually got to see some of the flood this last weekend. I can't believe the levees did not hold any better, I was sure they would fix that problem after the flood of '93!
