My place, from the sky

Can you see the faint red lines?  That more or less outlines our property.  The red dot at the bottom is where my house is, and the red dot toward the back is where my cabin sits.  The blue dot is where Marvin's house was, until it burned; now there's just a basement there, but Marvin is working on their new house, which they're putting a little farther back from the road.

The greenest area of the pasture is our mixed-hay field; the plowed-up area is where our alfalfa field is.  The curve at the back of the property is the railroad track.

I love Google earth!

That is pretty neat. Looks like a long way from your house to your cabin. Helen

Very interesting.  I'm wondering where the Missouri River is ... do the train tracks follow along by the river?   Are you able to ride Blue to the river?  or is that just the 'river bottom land' that you pictured recently from your cabin?  I guess your land doesn't border the river, I assumed it did.   Have a great day.   Judy

Mosie, my boss loves Google earth too.  He loves Google anything!  He just loves getting on there and doing all the things that Google lets him do.  He's quite talented with the computer.  He makes picture envelopes and sends his thank you notes, etc, to people, which blows them away........Thanks for sharing the picture of your place. .........Love,Sam

Hello,
Google earth is great thing! I use it all the time to look at Missouri and other places. I will have to post a picture from Google Earth where our property is in Hartville, MO.
