We do have a window unit air conditioner in our bedroom. Cliff and I just put it in the window this morning. And we're looking at a larger one for the kitchen-living room.
However, keep in mind that Cliff's hottest hours are from 3:30 to midnight, at work. In summer, temperatures are in the 90's inside that building. So home is the least of his worries. In fact, AC at home could perhaps make him even more vulnerable to the heat at work, because he wouldn't be used to it.

You've got a point about the air conditioning maybe making Cliff more vulnerable to the heat at work.

Jesse is always saying that going in and out of A/C and then into the awful heat here in Florida gives him wicked sinus issues...

Anyway, I'm kind of glad he won't be working thru most of our hot months. In the fall it will be better.

the AC at home makes me a whimp at work. It's always hot at that place. I feel the heat stroke coming my way. Well you know what I mean.
well I must say I'm a whimp, I love to sit out in the summer don't mind the heat but I like it cool indoors.
