Cliff thought he had a way figured out to get that pesky inner tube out of Ryan's dirt bike tire and get it fixed, without doing any damage to his recuperating body. Oh, there was some grunt work involved, but I wasn't doing anything else, so that fell to me. We had lots of laughs, and were SO careful putting the tube back in, hoping not to puncture it like Ryan did last night.
Well, in spite of our efforts, it was like a re-run of yesterday.
But you know, Cliff was so happy while he was occupied with the project, it was worth doing anyhow.

Wow!! It's just not meant for that kid to ride that dirt bike at the moment!! Are you gonna try again? I bet Cliff will want to! I bet he's itching to be back working on his building addition, too!

lol sounds like hard work with that bike. I'm happy Cliff was happy doing something though.
Lots of talcum powder, insert tube into tire half on the rim while half-inflated, then remove the valve stem, pull valve through the hole and secure, deflate the tube completely, then use two spoons at the same time and start from the side opposite of the tire valve, working both sides to meet the valve stem equally.
Curse and fuss alot -- you'll get it, without poking a hole in the tube...
