My granddaughters kissed me goodbye and headed for the door this morning, going out to wait for the bus. I heard the door open and close, and both girls saying, "Bye, Grandma".
Then, as is often my custom after the kids leave, I propositioned Cliff. In rather bawdy terms. (Hey, we're married, so get over it.)
Walking into the kitchen and looking down the hall, I saw my seven-year-old granddaughter was waiting for the bus inside; she was cold, she informed me.
I'm hoping she didn't know what I meant; maybe she thinks her grandparents have a home improvement project to do today.
Otherwise, she's at school thinking, "My grandma and grandpa do THAT?"

Poor Child is probably warped for life... or reassured about a long and rewarding sexual life <EG> Truth is she probably wasn't even listening. Kids seem to tune out things like that.
Mosie, you do that? I would never have thunk it. Paula
My husband and I, "make Kool-aid." We don't have kids, but we were in bed on afternoon, when asked what we were doing he said... "having sex."... Mom hung up... and I told him from now on, we "make Kool-aid." LOL...
First of all...."My parents do WHAT?????"
Second of all, we call it "paying bills." When the computer was in the bedroom, and we needed some "alone time", we would get the kids watching a movie or playing outside or something and say, "We're going to be upstairs paying bills, and we'll be back in a bit." It has always worked. Please, Mother, come up with a code word.
We "take naps". Of course with the bedroom door locked!! Andrew is old enough to have figured it out, but I think we're still safe with our daughter!

ROFL!! I'm so glad to know that married life is still fun after many years together. That being said -- I am trying to erase some of the images in my head right now!! ;)

Soooo Cooool! You have my undying respect. A little bawdy never hurt. May be a memory the grand daughter will cherish, or at least learn from. A good marriage is always something to learn from!
LOL!! Love it!! You go girl! (Even if it is hard for me to imagine you using the word 'bawdy' with anyone! hee
Hugs,
Jackie
