Diet Report

Well folks, it's slow going for me on the weight loss:  I lost one pound.  Cliff, however, lost four pounds.  Go Cliff!

And the great news is, after checking three times to make sure, Cliff's blood pressure is 130/73.  I don't know when he ever had numbers that low!

My blood pressure is fine, but it's never been a problem, except that the numbers are so low you would think I'm half-dead.  When I take my temperature, that's always low, too; sometimes as low as 97.  Maybe I AM half-dead.

Anyway, we're progressing and dieting and walking almost every day.

One pound is great!!!! It's a whole stick of butter!!!! Keep it up!  I have the same thing with my blood pressure and temp.  Maybe we are just different. Barbara

Congratulations to you and Cliff.  Even one pound is great!!  My temp. is normally 97, also.  My dad was like that and my daughter is, too.

Your both doing so well you are an inspiration... they used to always tell us at Weight Watchers that men lose faster than women... something about them having more muscles or something. Keep up the good work, Sandra

You GO Guys!  Congrats to Cliff and to you!

Way to go Donna and Cliff. You mentioned low temps. My daughter amd my temps both are 96.8 at normal. So actually a normal temp reading would be running a temp for us. Have a great day! Helen

WTG to you and your husband!! Men do tend to lose weight faster than women, unfortunately for us poor women. Cliff's blood pressure is awesome!

Keep up the good work; any pounds gone is great :)

GOOD FOR YOU BOTH !  The last time I dieted it took 6 months to loose 8 lbs and I was so discouraged.  I went to bed with my stomach growling!  So of course I quite the diet.  I'm sure most of it is back by now.  You are doing so great !  'On Ya' - ma

Men! They always lose the weight faster than we do.  Keep up the good work Cliff and don't worry Donna...you will catch up soon.

I'm like you. Low temperature and blood pressure. If the thermometer registers 98 for me, I know I'm sick. LOL!

Low temp is also a sign of hypothyroidism. Doc will check for it unless asked to do so.

That is absolutely wonderful!  You know, for some reason it just falls off men, the weight that is.  We women have to really struggle.  Ian lost 50 pounds ina matter of months.  I struggled a whole year to lose 45.  Still got a long way to go, though he is already at his goal.  Must be nice! LOL  Keep up the great work, I know the walks where you live are scenic from all the other pictures you post.  NO need for a workout center there, it could never measure up.

Hey, at least you're going down 1 lb at a time and not UP!

Although, it is a bit annoying that men always seem to lose weight faster and easier than we do.  That is just not fair!  Especially since weight bothers us way more than it bothers them! lol

Congrats, Mosie!
