family times

I'm not doing a lot of blogging while my son's family is here.  We've enjoyed all the activities connected with the family reunion Saturday, and of course, all the fireworks and fun connected with Independence Day.  Today the portable johns and folding tables we rented have to be taken back across the river.  Life is good here, and I'm sure I'll soon be back to my two-or-three-a-day journal entries.

Here's a shot of Cliff supervising Natalie as she lights a bottle rocket.

I'm glad you're having a good visit!  You've just got to take advantage of those special times-too soon their gone and it seems a long time til the next visit.  I know I enjoy it when some of my family come in.  'On Ya'  - ma

Judging from these last two posts, the reunion was a sucess.  How wonderful you all had the opportunity to get together.  Looks like it was fun, too!  I used to love bottle rockets when I was a kid.  Heck, who am I fooling?  I still do!

Glad you are having a good time, which I guess it true, except for hauling portapotties and stuff.
The fireworks make me nervous but I closed my eyes and prayed that all fingers and toes and eyes would still be around after the fireworks.
