one of my favorite poems, re-discovered

I spent a couple of hours at my cabin this evening, and while reading one of the books I keep there ("Poems For A Good And Happy Life") I found a poem I've loved for years, but had forgotten:

Does the road wind up-hill all the way?
    Yes, to the very end.
Will the day's journey take the whole long day?
From morn to night, my friend.

But is there for the night a resting-place?
A roof for when the slow dark hours begin.
May not the darkness hide it from my face?
    You cannot miss that inn.

Shall I meet other wayfarers at night?
   Those who have gone before.
Then must I knock, or call when just in sight?
They will not keep you standing at that door.

Shall I find comfort, travel-sore and weak?
Of labour you shall find the sum.
Will there be beds for me and all who seek?
Yea, beds for all who come.

I too love old hymns.  I am trying to find one that we sang in the late 40s and 50s.  It was not quite a hymn but we sang it in church.  The words are, "If you bring the one next to you and I bring the one next to me, in no time at all we'll have them all so bring, bring them one by one.
Does anyone know where I can find the sheet music for this hymn?  Blessings   Susan
