Here's my cabin in the woods!

Cliff has worked on this thing for a week straight, and he made it much nicer than I expected.  I just wanted a place to get away from people once in a while and enjoy nature.  The great thing is, there's less than $50 spent on it.  I'm a happy camper.  Cliff is always apologizing to me for not buying flowers and candy, and that sort of thing.  I told him this is worth WAY more than any dozen roses.  I know thirty pictures is a bit much, but I'm so excited!

I'm so happy for you that you got your lil home away from home!  :)  Fun times ahead....  I'll be lookin' for the pics of it all 'decorated'  ...hee hee....."In this corner, my fabulous green sleeping bag...in the other corner....." with you in Vanna-esque fashion, of course...
Kudos to Cliff for makin' his wife so happy  :)

Man, I sure could have used the weight and hydraulic capacity of Allis yesterday. I hope everyone know's dad was just flat showing off lifting that thing with one fork, because he knows I about killed my little tractor moving my shed yesterday. I guess I need a bigger tractor! I wonder if I can justify a 4020 with only one acre of land?

Just add a can of "tick be gone" and it will be perfect!  Anne

A place like this is worth $50,000.....you can't put a price on this real estate.
It's worth a fortune just for the view of nature.
I hope you enjoy your time sitting around the campfire.

Now you just need a generator and you can really get away.  You so fortunate to have Cliff as I am sure he is to have you. :)

LOL that's a veritable guest cottage! All you need is a toilet and shower. ;-) I love all the windows! The only extra thing I would do is probably paint and/or wallpaper the interior...add a durable rug...and spray the whole thing down with termite and other insect spray to keep the pests from turning it into THIER new home. LOL

You have a beautiful place... almost like a little doll house. I could have fun with that too. Hope the boys take care when they spend the night.   Sandra

I have just been exploring your journal and wanted to leave a comment to tell you how much I enjoyed it. Being a Missouri girl up until my adult life (Oklahoma now) I so enjoy your pictures. I htink this was my favorite entry so far...
