ADOPT A SOLDIER

No, you can't adopt this one; that's my son when he was 18.  He looks like he was frightened, doesn't he?  He's been out of the Army for several years now.

This is a great idea; it's in Armandt's journal... rather than print it all out myself, I'll just tell you to click HERE.

I adopted a soldier months ago. His name is Matt Woods. Very easy name for me to remember since one of our grandtwins name is Matt and of course a good friend of mines name is Wood.  So easy for me to remember to pray for him each day.

What a handsome young man. He does look a little frightened. Would like to know how to adopt a soldier, if you know. Would like to write to some of them. I did this when my brother was in the service. There were so many young men getting no mail from home. Hugs. *Barb*

Aw...great pic of your son. I went in the Army when I graduated high school. I've been out for quite a few years. My nephew is now in and going through his training. I'm crossing my fingers that he won't be sent to Iraq anytime soon.
